OWNER'S CLASSES: Included with the purchase of a Husqvarna Viking® sewing machine, you will receive one-on-one Owner's Classes. Just You, the Instructor, & the Machine

SERVICING YOUR MACHINE: The Yankee Quilter has (2) Husqvarna Viking® Certified service technicians. Your machine never leaves the store for service. Our service technicians only service Husqvarna Viking® machines so they can concentrate on one brand only.

 

SERGER ASSISTANCE: At the Yankee Quilter, there is no longer any reason to keep that serger in the box! We have an on-site serger expert to help with all your serging needs, as well as monthly serger clubs with fun projects

 

TRADE-UP POLICY: When you purchase your sewing machine at the Yankee Quilter, you can trade-up to a higher model Husqvarna Viking® machine within the first year of purchase & receive the full dollar amount paid towards your new machine

 

CONTINUING EDUCATION CLASSES: Viking Club and Embroidery Club classes are held monthly, to teach you the latest technique, how to use the newest foot, and learn what all those stitches on your machine can do!

 

SOFTWARE SUPPORT: The Yankee Quilter has a resident computer expert to help with all your embroidery software help. Instructions on downloading, autodigitizing, and customizing available. One-on-one owner's classes are available with software purchases.

It is recommended that you have your Husqvarna Viking® sewing machine serviced yearly. For $95.00, the yearly servicing includes

  • Thoroughly clean machine of all debris & lint build-up.
  • Check & adjust all needle positions, timing, tension, etc.
  • Update computerized machines, if necessary
  • Check for any recalls or service advisories on your specific machine
  • Test-sew various stitches to check for proper stitch formation & tension. Test stitch out of embroidery, if applicable
  • Adjust embroidery unit, if applicable
